Our darkest, slowest roast. A patient, low-and-slow roast of specialty Arabica and Robusta that goes deep — intense, full-bodied, and bittersweet, with a heavy crema when you pull it as a shot. This is espresso's home turf.
How we brew it: Built for espresso and moka pot, and excellent in a French press. Fine grind for shots.
