Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.

ROASTED TO ORDER
Every bag of Thrive coffee is roasted after you order it. This is why your coffee tastes fresher than anything you'll find on a grocery shelf but it does mean we need a day or two before your order leaves us.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Subscription orders ship on the same schedule each cycle.

SHIPPING METHOD AND TRANSIT TIME
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Once your order leaves our facility, transit time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, please check with neighbors and household members first, then contact your local USPS/UPS. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, email thrivesupport@thrivegso.com and we'll help.

ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly, but we'll always try to help — email us right away if you catch a mistake.
