Refund Policy

We want you to love your Thrive coffee. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

UNOPENED BAGS
You may return unopened bags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at thrivesupport@thrivegso.com with your order number.

OPENED BAGS
Because coffee is a consumable food product, opened bags cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of your coffee, please email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a replacement or store credit.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, email thrivesupport@thrivegso.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may pause, skip, or cancel a coffee subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing thrivesupport@thrivegso.com. There are no cancellation fees.

REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned product (for returns) or approving your claim (for damage/missing/incorrect orders).
