Size

Grown in the volcanic highlands around Antigua, this is the cup that makes people say they didn't know they liked coffee this much. It's smooth and medium-bodied, with dark chocolate up front, a bright ribbon of fruit through the middle, and a finish that lands close to butterscotch. Easy to drink black, generous enough to take a splash of cream.

How we brew it: It shines as a pour-over or drip at about a 1:16 ratio — roughly two tablespoons of grounds per six ounces of water. It also pulls a sweet, balanced shot if espresso is your thing; just pick the Espresso grind at checkout.

Why it matters: Every bag funds the Thrive Program in McAlester, Oklahoma, where we walk alongside men rebuilding their lives. A hand up, not a hand out — one cup at a time.
