One of our most complex cups. This medium-dark blend of African-grown coffees layers toffee, caramel, and chocolate over bright fruit — raisin, green apple, red fruits, even a hint of cherry and black currant — and lands on a soft floral finish. There's a lot going on, and all of it is good.
How we brew it: Versatile: pour-over to chase the fruit, French press to lean into the body. Water just off the boil.
